It pays tribute to a figure from the Aït Atta tribe, bearer of an ancestral heritage transmitted through gaze, posture, and presence.Starting from photographic material enhanced through digital intervention, Chaimaa Mellouki performs a visual recomposition in which the image becomes a space of active memory.
Forms, textures, and rhythms are deliberately altered, fragmented, and reassembled, in order to free the subject from any ethnographic or folkloric reading.
